How customers use a badge

  1. Publish the applicable record

    The record must be approved for publication by Midwest Smart Contracts. Technical review findings remain visible in the report; KYC requires completed verification.

  2. Link the badge to the record

    The destination must show the same project, credential ID, scope, and current status.

  3. Recheck before relying

    Revoked, withdrawn, expired, superseded, or scope-mismatched records invalidate the badge.

The record number is printed on every badge

After approval, the customer receives a downloadable SVG and this embed code with the placeholder replaced by the exact issued ID. The image is generated only while its record remains active or published.
